Biography
Barbara Brew is an educational leader, certified counsellor, and advocate for inclusive education with over 15 years of experience in academic leadership and student support. As Vice Principal (Academics) at Beacon College International and a registered counsellor with the Ghana Psychology Council, she is passionate about promoting student wellbeing, safeguarding, and inclusive learning environments.
Barbara has extensive experience in the Cambridge International Curriculum, educational counselling, teacher development, and school improvement. She serves on the Inclusion and Wellbeing Team of the Africa Dyslexia Organization and regularly facilitates workshops and conferences across Africa on inclusion, wellbeing, leadership, and educational excellence.
