Biography

Lydia B. Quansah is an experienced educator and instructional leader with over 15 years of teaching experience in English Language and Literature. She is passionate about advancing teaching and learning through student-centred instructional practices, collaborative professional learning, and evidence-informed pedagogy. In her current role at Ghana International School, Lydia contributes to Professional Learning Communities (PLCs), supporting teacher collaboration, lesson design, reflective practice, and the sharing of effective classroom strategies. She is committed to empowering educators with practical approaches that increase student engagement, promote independent thinking, and improve learning outcomes. 

A recipient of the British Council Action Research Grant, Lydia continues to champion inquiry, innovation, and professional growth, helping teachers translate research and collaboration into meaningful classroom impact.

Experience
