Biography
Mrs. Jennifer Blankson is an experienced educator with over three decades of practice in the field of education. For the past 19 years, she has been dedicated to nurturing and guiding learners in Ghana International School (G.I.S). Throughout her career in (G.I.S), she has served in various leadership capacities, including Assistant Vice Principal of the Junior School, Curriculum Coordinator, and Year Coordinator, all of which have strengthened her expertise in teaching, learning, and school development.
Currently, she enjoys the fulfilling role of a classroom teacher, where she continues to inspire and support pupils on a daily basis. She is a strong advocate of the belief that “happy minds create successful classrooms,” and is passionate about promoting effective classroom management strategies that foster positive behaviour, engagement, and meaningful learning experiences for all pupils.
Experience
Mrs. Jennifer Blankson has facilitated numerous professional development workshops for educators across various schools and educational institutions. She has also been a valued presenter at the TIME Conference since its inception, where she has consistently shared practical, classroom-based strategies that empower teachers and enhance teaching and learning. Her sessions are known for being engaging, interactive, and grounded in real classroom experience, equipping participants with practical tools they can implement immediately.
