Experience

I have extensive experience facilitating workshops, professional development sessions and student leadership programmes for educators and young people. As a Certified Design Thinking Trainer and Entrepreneurial Leadership Coach, I have delivered training on student engagement, leadership, service learning, experiential education, behaviour management, differentiation, assessment and extracurricular programme development. Through Skill Up Africa and the International Association of Young Geographers of West Africa, I have trained hundreds of teachers across the region. I have also facilitated strategic leadership retreats and school-improvement workshops for teachers, middle managers and senior leaders. At the African Leadership Academy, I facilitated Entrepreneurial Leadership programmes and directed multicultural summer programmes for students and educators. My sessions are practical, interactive and grounded in real-life educational experiences, collaborative problem-solving and ready-to-use tools.
