Biography
Hellen Senam Okoffo is a Ghanaian educator, youth mentor, and gender equality advocate with over 15 years of experience in teaching and youth development. She holds a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Educational Psychology from University of Cape Coast and has been admitted to pursue a Master's in Educational Leadership and Change at Durham University, United Kingdom.
Hellen is passionate about learner-centred education, teacher professional development, and inclusive teaching practices. She has contributed to initiatives promoting girls' education, women's empowerment, and youth leadership, and has participated in local and international advocacy and leadership programmes. Drawing from her classroom experience and community engagement, Hellen equips educators with practical strategies to enhance professional practice, improve learner outcomes, and lead positive change in schools.
She believes that empowered teachers are the driving force behind quality education and sustainable national development.
