Mrs. Abigail Blay

Mrs. Abigail Blay is a UK and Ghana trained licensed school-based mental health professional with nearly a decade of experience leading the counselling unit at the Association International School. She is passionate about promoting student wellbeing and supporting students transitions to post  secondary  or higher education. Throughout her career she has worked collaboratively with students, families and educators to foster safe , inclusive and supportive learning environments. 

Mrs. Blay is committed to equipping educators with practical, evidence-based strategies that strengthen resilience, enhance emotional wellbeing, and empower every learner to thrive. She is  also serves as a member of the Events and Outreach committee of the Ghana Psychological Association  and is also a member of the International School Counselor Association.
